Understanding Home Value

Your home’s value markets are changing, and home values shift all the time. This monthly email report gives information on your home’s current value, equity, and price trends in the neighborhood. It will also notify you of recent sales in your local area, foreclosures, new building permits, neighborhood sales trends, and other relevant information.

Data Source and Usage

This report uses Corelogic and MLS data. Corelogic has access to more than 100 million residential tax parcels, as well as property tax information, tax assessments, transaction histories, liens, and sales histories. Corelogic offers over one billion Automated Valuation Module (AVM) values to lenders, brokers, and others each month. It has a global team of more than 50 PhDs, economists, and residential appraisers working on the AVM formulas. In fact, Corelogic provides AVMSs to 18 of the top 20 mortgage lenders in the United States. In other words, CoreLogic’s AVM is considerably more than a Zestimate. Customizing Your Data Experience

Furthermore, the ePropertyWatch technology enables me, as your Realtor, to customise your data experience. If the data from which your report is drawn needs to be altered or updated, I can do it on the back end to provide you with a more personalized experience.

Report Frequency

The system sends your report once a month by default. If every month is too frequent, you can set your report to appear quarterly instead. You may even schedule it to come every two weeks if you choose.
