After booking your appointment, you’ll receive an email confirmation containing a link to our Seller Marketing Plan. This comprehensive plan covers recommended property pricing, marketing strategies, commission rates, and the value you can anticipate when working with us.

Review Your Pre-Listing Packet
Once the appointment is scheduled and the Seller Intake Form is complete, we’ll craft a personalized pre-listing packet for you. It’ll introduce our team, provide a market analysis, home prep checklist, explain standard contract terms, propose a sales timeline, and include a net seller sheet to give you a clear picture of your earnings at closing. We’ll email this to you before we meet.

Attend The Home Sale Marketing Consultation
Finally, we’ll meet in person. With your pre-listing packet and our seller marketing plan in hand, we can meet to finalize our strategy, answer any lingering questions, and get started on selling your home. The meeting will be productive as you’ll already be familiar with the process.
To provide the best service, follow these steps before our meeting, complete the Seller Intake Form, this allows us to understand your property and create a tailored marketing plan. Next, you’ll book an appointment for our Home Sale Marketing Consultation.
After booking your appointment, we’ll share our Seller Marketing Plan with you that inclueds pricing strategies, marketing campaigns, and commission rates. This information will empower you to make informed decisions with confidence.
Finally, we’ll prepare and send you a customized pre-listing packet filled with your relevant neighborhood market data and a net seller sheet to give you a clear picture of your earnings at closing. Following this, we’ll meet in person for a consultation to finalize our strategy and address any questions.
